Bio
Judith has been working as a executive and team coach for almost ten years following a successful international career in technology, digital and organisational transformation, working with large organisations in both leadership and consulting roles.
She combines her extensive leadership experience with deep practical and academic coaching expertise and a pragmatic approach, allowing the senior leaders and teams she partners with to grow their value, their performance and their professional fulfilment.
She has over 25 years of professional experience in technology & digital strategy and transformation, working for large organisations such as Diageo, Shell International and Deloitte Consulting. She has led global teams and transformation programmes, working and living in Europe, Asia and North America. Leadership development and coaching have been a key focus and a passion throughout her career – both in leading her own teams and working with clients. Judith’s coaching focuses on people leadership, change leadership and personal effectiveness, helping leaders and teams find their purpose, become clear on who they want to be, what they want to do and how they can get there.
Her clients appreciate her warm and positive energy, her pragmatic approach and her ability to hold up the mirror in both a supportive and challenging way – creating a fun coaching environment while also stretching clients to deepen their awareness and help them reach their goals.
She enjoys working on her own development and is close to completing her MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, and is currently researching how adaptability can help leaders thrive through change.
