Bio
Britta has been based as an Executive Coach in the UAE since 2021 but works with clients worldwide, including the UK. She is bi-lingual (German/English) and specialises in coaching senior professionals to adjust to new challenges at work, by helping them reflect and develop a deeper understanding of what they want to achieve and how to get there. She has coached clients from a wide range of industries in the public and private sector, including creative industries (BBC TV producer, concert musician), FMCG, retail, manufacturing, higher education, charities, government organisations, professional service providers, and hospitality.
Britta uses an integrative coaching approach, tailoring her sessions to the individual and their presenting issues, and drawing on a wide range of evidence-based coaching methods. She is passionate about her clients’ developments and places a great emphasis on coaching being a safe, enjoyable and rewarding experience for them.
Britta is a chartered MCIPD with an international business background and a career spanning over 25+ years in client services in advertising (Grey, O&M, DMB&B) and Human Resources consulting and management (private, public and educational sectors). Being trained and qualified through the post graduate Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) programme with Henley Business School, she adheres to the ICF coaching standards and professional code of conduct and ethics. The Henley PCEC programme is triple-accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC). Britta is also ICF ACC certified, Hogan 360 qualified, a member of the Trusted Coaches Directory, and a certified Mental Health First Aider.

HR MANAGEMENT, GERMAN SCHOOL ASSOCIATION; LONDON, UK — NOV 2017 - DEC 2020 Headed up Human Resources function for about 160 staff across three schools and administration team. Responsibilities included: • Advising on and project-managing major HR process changes to streamline and improve the HR function; recruiting and hiring of new employees; advising employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancies; preparation and creation of HR guidelines and working conditions; processing and termination of employment contracts, including structured exit interviews and annual reports to the board and school management. • Project-managing the sourcing and introduction of a new cloud based HR System, which transformed the human resources processes to become more structured, secure and efficient.
