Bio
I have 15 years of experience in helping people make changes in their lives that really matter to them, changes that improve their quality of life in remarkable ways.
I have helped hundreds of clients with fears and phobias to live a life without the limiting fears, including fear of flying, fear of public speaking, fear of snakes and spiders, fear of elevators... to mention just a few.
I have also coached people who have felt stuck in their lives to find out what they truly want and how to set a new direction in their lives.
My coaching and therapy is fully solution oriented. That means that we do not dwell upon past events and problems. Instead, we focus on what my clients truly want and how they can achieve it - as quickly and as effortlessly as possible.

Experience
I have an almost 20-year background as a hotel and restaurant industry executive, working in my native country of Finland and also in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Russia, China and North America.
After leaving the industry in 2004, I have now worked as a consultant, coach and trainer. In 2009 I founded my current coaching and training company, serving a wide customer base of private persons, entrepreneurs and larger organizations.
I strive to constantly develop my skills further by studying continually new efficient methods to help my clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Some of my certificates include:

In addition, I have helped numerous people to get rid of their fear of flying, quit smoking, lose weight and do a number of other significant changes in order to improve their lives.
