Jaz Henry - Integrative Psychotherapist and Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist
Bio
As a British-Guyanese third-culture kid, Jaz was raised in Luxembourg among expats and has lived and worked in countries like Greece and Namibia since. As much as Jaz has experienced the joy of a diverse background, he also experienced the isolation and other difficulties that living in various culturual settings brings with it. He is passionate about working across cultures and recognises the different needs that different backgrounds create. Outside of therapy, you can find him running in the forest or cooking up a storm.
It can be challenging to find someone you trust and feel able to share your feelings with, and the amount of confusing information available on therapy nowadays can make the journey seem overwhelming. Jaz likes to keep it simple. He likes to have an open and honest conversation with you and can support you in making sense of what is troubling you. Jaz tailors the work to you and is here to accompany you in exploring and understanding your experiences.

Reviews
During my almost 2 years of counselling, Jaz has created a safe space for me to explore my patterns and find a stable and grounding place within myself. I couldn’t recommend Jaz’s supportive and empathetic approach more, as well as the many tools and techniques he has provided me with, making it a very creative and stimulating environment for personal growth.
