I am a highly trained and experienced Leadership, Life, Trauma (Somatic EMDR) & Group Coach, facilitating people’s triumph over challenge and change since 2006.
I work quickly to facilitate people to clarify their thinking, to connect to what’s important, and to find the best approach to overcome their challenges. The individuals I work with often praise my ability to:

Experience
I have a wealth of experience offering one-to-one, group, team coaching to individuals of all ages and stages since 2006. This includes Leadership and Executive Coaching through the highly successful leadership development organisation BetterUp since 2017. BetterUp have a strict application process and only accept the top 4% of the coaches who apply, worldwide. I have run hundreds of group coaching workshops all over the UK for my Effective Thoughts business as well as for external organisations such as BetterUp, Fitfarms and Platinum Healing. I am also an Associate Coach with MindBeat.
