Bio

As an executive coach I specialize in career development for women navigating midlife and menopause. My work is deeply personal, sparked by my own experience with perimenopause, which has been, and still is, giving me firsthand insight into the unique challenges—and untapped opportunities—this life stage can bring. My background includes two decades as an international corporate leader, combined with an MSc in Coaching for Behavioral Change. This journey has taught me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and meaningful support, especially during times of profound personal transition.

Coaching allows me to work closely with women who, like myself, are balancing the demands of their careers with the transformative effects of midlife and menopause. I understand the complexities that can arise—career shifts, evolving priorities, physical changes—and offer scientifically proven coaching methods to help women make sense of these transitions, enabling them to set new goals with clarity and confidence.

In our sessions, my approach is guided by my core values: curiosity, courage, and compassion. I believe that by cultivating these qualities, we can move past limiting beliefs and uncover fresh possibilities. Together, we work on building a renewed sense of purpose, fostering resilience, and leveraging each woman’s unique strengths.

Through my expertise, I am redefining what midlife and menopause mean for women’s careers, demonstrating that this phase of life can be a powerful source of growth, resilience, and reinvention. Coaching is not just about adapting to change but about finding new pathways to thrive and make meaningful contributions.

My mission is to empower women to see midlife as a time to reimagine their careers and embrace this chapter as an opportunity for profound growth and fulfillment.

Experience

I have a strong foundation in international business leadership, with over 20 years of experience navigating complex corporate environments. My career has included working in various global markets, managing teams across cultures, and leading strategic initiatives within large organizations. This experience has taught me not only the operational and strategic aspects of business but also the critical importance of adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and effective change management—all essential skills for thriving in demanding roles.

With an MSc in Coaching for Behavioral Change, I bring a scientific and structured approach to my coaching practice. My education allows me to incorporate proven methodologies to support my clients effectively, helping them approach challenges with clarity, self-assurance, and resilience. I’m also a certified member of the International Coaching Federation, which means my work adheres to rigorous professional and ethical standards.

My transition into coaching was inspired by my own journey through perimenopause, which highlighted the significant impact that midlife changes can have on a woman’s career and personal life. I combine my corporate expertise with my educational background to offer specialized support for women navigating midlife and menopause. This unique combination allows me to understand the business landscape while providing meaningful, tailored guidance to help clients redefine their potential, build resilience, and pursue fulfilling careers through life’s transitions.
