Sally Johnson - Psychodynamic art psychotherapist
Bio
I qualified in 2022 with a masters in art psychotherapy, with experience across a range of settings in healthcare prior to training, I'm a strong believer in the power creative expression holds, it allows for us to tap into our unconscious and make sense of our inner world in a safe, expressive and altruistic way. It can draw out of us a sense of freedom, play and exploration as we process and make sense of our experiences. An image can become embodied and hold a lot of information that we have previously missed. It's also a fun way to safely make a mess.
