Reviews

The good work with William has helped me to organize the focus of my training: with a methodic goal-setting program, the continuity as clearly improved. It has permitted to evaluate the evolution of the process session after sessions. Therefore, it has helped to see the development in the training, to check that I’m going on the right direction toward my goals and to boost the motivation!

I am working with Flow-in to optimize my performance in the most important competitions. We use visualization and we are also working with my ordinary day lift to get it more efficient. William puts himself carefully into my situation and takes time to really understand what the problem is. He is easy to contact and responds fast. I fell I have made improvement on the areas we have been working with and in my performances.
Olav Lundanes, Norwegian World Champion of Orienteering

William has helped me to see how important it is to always have a goal in every training session and in just every day. This has helped me to organize my daily life otherwise also, not only in shooting. It´s very important because in my opinion you have to be a stable person and have a stable life before you can be a good athlete. Since I have started working with William I am challenging myself much more in each training session and focusing more also then I did earlier. William has the tools too success if you just manage to use them.
Joni Stenström, Finnish National Shooter

I work with Flow-in to develop my mental skills, to practice how to get an optimal focus and to keep a clear mind when I need it the most for my sport. The process of our collaboration has been really easy to me with flexible hours and gave me the tools I needed to work on myself every day to get better on and off the ice.

Working with William has helped me to realize the importance of mental preparation as part of my overall performance. His help with goal settings has made me a better athlete. I am more prepared for every scenario whether it's good or bad when I am training or racing. This has helped me to keep my focus on my goals and no to get distracted along the way. William has also helped me to improve my mental strength and understanding of myself and my behaviour. Now I can also analyze my performances better. William is easy to contact, flexible, committed and takes his time to think how he can help you forward.
Kasper Hirvilampi, Finnish top Rower

William helped me add organization to my once chaotic goal setting process. Taking control of this processes has really enabled me to focus on the tasks of going about achieve the targets knowing I am following the right steps. With three different sports to manage, having a clear organization is mandatory and having a logical simple process provides real results.

In 2014, I had the opportunity to work with William LEMOINE in the context of the university degree course of sport psychology and mental coaching.
During this period, Mr. Lemoine has shown commitment. His work and his sense of responsibility allow me to highlight, both, his real motivations and his aptitudes to evolve in the field of sport psychology and mental coaching.
Furthermore, we can highlight his great capacity for adaptation and autonomy within the group of students."
