Review of Kasia Gawełko

Since the first discovery communication, Kasia provided a safe space for me to open up. She even went deeper with questions than what I was expecting, which allowed me to be open and share my thoughts and feelings in a deeper way. Without knowing, this mere act of ‘caring’, started my healing process. During the next few days before the scheduled call, I had already understood and clarified some feelings. That was just the beginning.

During the actual call, she again provided a safe space and allowed me to get more clarity on the intention of what I wanted to get out of the session, and by talking, more understanding and clarity came to mind. Then, by using relaxation and visualization techniques she guided me to envision my ideal version of myself and my actual version and made them talk together to break barriers and come to an understanding that both versions can actually live together.

In these last few days, I was able to clarify and envision the person I want to become.
