Review of Ewa Janczewska

Working with Ewa has been instrumental in me setting my future career path and deciding on the kind of leader I want to be. She is a passionate supporter of professional women who deeply understands the struggles of navigating work and family life. She draws on rich experiences of working with women across many settings into her work. Right from the first session this helped me to trust her and feel at ease. Ewa provides the perfect balance of support and challenge as a coach. She knows exactly when to shift between the two to get the best out of each session. I started my journey with Ewa with clear goals. But through her skilled questioning and insightful observations we drilled down into the underpinning issues and came up with a whole new set of much more relevant goals for me to work on. I have learnt a lot about myself through the coaching process and have a better understanding of my core values, both in the workplace and outside. Thank you so much Ewa, I’m leaving our six months together full of hope and inspiration to keep developing myself and my career.
