I came to you during a very difficult time. I couldn’t see a future for myself and felt stuck in a frustrating job, feeling helpless. My identity had become tied solely to paper- the one product I’d been handling for years, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. After our sessions, I gained a new understanding of myself: I am a skilled manager with broad knowledge that I can apply across various industries. I now feel ready to change jobs without fear and am open to new opportunities. I’ve also learned how to navigate the challenging environment in my current role in a way that helps me develop my skills. I’m now able to control my emotions, understand my circle of influence, and apply a leadership style that works. My time management and communication skills have improved significantly. I’ve learned to focus on what I can control, rather than getting frustrated by what I can’t—something that felt impossible just a few months ago. Through this process, I’ve reconnected with myself.
