Review of Lars Mula

I was recently accepted onto a Unilever management coaching programme, with Lars as my coach over a 3 month period.

Lars is authentic, caring and empathetic and at the same time, provides constructive challenges and direct feedback to his coachees. He provides a safe space for coaching conversations and is also very strong at holding one accountable, often re-capping previous commitments and providing positive reinforcement and genuine feedback.

There is no topic that Lars is unable to provide a leadership nugget for. I made many notes of tools and techniques that I can use in common situational leadership exposures in my role and beyond.

I took great value from our interactions and would not hesitate in recommending Lars. He has a great ability to quickly connect with his coachee and forms a rapport, even remotely.
