This week I'll hit 100 days alcohol free and haven't looked back since. I have found it so much easier than I would have ever anticipated and do not miss out on social situations as I just substitute with alcohol free beer. Previous addictions have been difficult to overcome because a sense of impending doom and not being able to see my life without the thing I'm addicted to. Your sessions have tapped into my subconscious giving me a positive outlook on moving away from a dependency.
