Following the therapy sessions I feel a lot calmer and at peace with my thought patterns. I also sleep better now. I was surviving on 3 to 4 hours of sleep before. I now really don't care about things that used to bother me and feel liberated when I just let them "go". I am also so much more proactive and procrastination appears to be something I've forgotten.
