Review of Alison Snee

Originally I came to Alison to help with my lifelong depression and how to reframe my thoughts when I have down days. Thankfully my sessions were already established when I was suddenly falsely accused of gross misconduct at work which triggered the worst mental health crisis for me. Seeing Alison weekly and having the recordings at night helped me to cope during the four months it took to clear my name. As my needs had changed, so did Alison’s strategy for me and we flipped from tracking a scale of happiness to one of acceptance. She always adapted the sessions according to my needs on the day so I felt she was really committed to me as an individual and not just one of her clients. I would highly recommend Alison and I’m grateful that she was able to help me during this time.
