Review of Alison Snee

I reached out to Alison as I was experiencing a lack of confidence and stress/anxiety. I'd never done anything like this before so was initially unsure of it however Alison was so understanding and explained everything fully, I found the sessions informative.

Alison has allowed me to apply techniques all areas of my life too - I had 4 sessions and I feel so much more confident than when I first reached out and have learnt some useful stress/anxiety management techniques. I cannot thank her enough!!
